12.22.15 – RCC: Bureau Releases A-CAM Version 2.1

The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) has released Version 2.1 of the Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM v2.1), which contains study area-specific plant mix values, an updated methodology for determining the presence of unsubsidized competitors, and a number of other minor updates. 12.14.15 – RSS: Bureau Finds One Study Area Subject to 100 Percent Competitive Overlap

In July 2015, the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) released a preliminary list of 15 rate-of-return incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) study areas subject to a 100 percent overlap by an unsubsidized competitor or combination of unsubsidized competitors. Read more here.
