USDA Rural Utilities Service is hosting a webinar on the Rural Energy Savings Program (RESP) on July 12, 2016, at 2pm (EST). RESP is aimed at helping rural families and small businesses achieve cost savings by providing loans to qualified consumers to implement durable cost-effective energy efficiency measures.
