Pioneer Telephone Cooperative, Inc. is a certificated local exchange carrier providing broadband service to 76 exchanges in western Oklahoma. Pioneer is located in Kingfisher, OK and currently provides high speed broadband, wireless mobile, wireless fixed data, long distance, wireline voice and video services directly or through one of its subsidiaries. The ReConnect grant will provide the opportunity to serve the rural customers outside the existing economic area with FTTH broadband services and will remove the digital divide between the rural area and the town Pioneer currently serves.
