Oklahoma Western Telephone Company proposes to service the town and rural areas of Summerfield, OK with the Community Connect Grant.  Broadband services, up to one Gbps will be made available to 126 households and 2 business.  The project will use 4.2 miles of last mile fiber to for FTTH and 10 miles of backhaul to connect with to other fiber facilities. Summerfield is a HUD designated Promise Zone.
