Mukluk Telephone is a certificated local exchange carrier providing broadband service to 13 exchanges in Alaska. The ReConnect grant will provide Mukluk the opportunity to provide broadband service to 282 customers in rural areas inside the PFSA. The ReConnect application includes 73 miles of fiber with VDSL and Active FTTH electronics. Receiving grant funding will allow Mukluk to service Nome County with much needed high-speed broadband service.
