This is a reminder email that carriers participating in the Original and Revised Alternative Connect America Cost Model (ACAM), Rural Broadband Experiments (RBE) and Alaska Plan programs must complete one week of network speed and latency pre-testing at a random sample of locations supported by the Connect America Fund (CAF) in the second calendar quarter of 2021 in order to comply with the new Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Performance Measures compliance framework.
