The FCC has reconsidered its 2011 rate formula governing the rates charged by utilities for pole attachments used to provide telecommunications services and has made further changes to ensure that the rates charged by utilities for attachments used to provide telecommunications services are as low as the rates charged for attachments used to provide cable services.
