Lee & Company engineers can provide traffic and network analysis, RUS loan application assistance, RUS specifications for the bidders, performance specifications, bid analysis, vendor selection, negotiation and execution of purchases, project management, testing and acceptance of the product.

Monte R. Lee & Company's services encompass plans and specifications for fiber optic transmission systems.  This work involves coordination of the outside plan design and supervision of equipment installation.  Preparation of digital central office plans and specifications for offices and remote switching terminals entails a review of the clients requirements, coordination of the bidding, preparation of the contracts, and vast experience with multiple equipment vendors.

Other services include supervising and coordinating the installation of switchboards, performing acceptance tests, resolving connecting company problems, and assistance in cutover of the switchboards.  In addition to switchboards, Monte R. Lee & Company will prepare plans and coordinate the completion of building modifications, air-conditioning additions, and stand-by engine generator equipment additions.

Work is performed for outside cable plant design, cable assignments, and assistance in outside plant cutover.

This includes the design of cable entrances to central offices, remote switching terminals, and subscriber carrier housings.
